Our production
Sawmill
The dust collector enters the plant by road and rail transport. After unloading, the duster enters the sorting line, where it is painted and sorted by diameters using an electronic measuring system.
Sawing takes place on the milling bar of the profiling line GiGa 03 “aCosta Righi” with the receipt of edged and unedged boards, which are transported to the workshop, where the unedged board is fed to the edge-cutting machine, and the edged board directly to the miter.
The workshop is equipped with three miter machines and edge-cutting machines of the company “Paul”. After processing, the products in the form of boards and bars are packaged and treated with an antiseptic.
Pellet shop
The workshop is a fully automated complex, equipped with equipment of companies: “Siemens”, "CPM”, “Buffalo i “Champion. The complex is managed by one operator and several workers. The workshop is open around the clock.
The waste is crushed and transported to the storage tank, from where it is fed to the drying chamber.Drying is carried out by burningown “wood” gas obtained from the chips. Dry sawdust is further crushed and enters the granulator.
The productivity of the complex is 3 tons. per hour.
Composition of finished products
Finished products in the form of packaged lumber are stored in the warehouse of finished products, where further stacking is carried out in sea containers or loading onto vehicles.
Thanks to cooperation with leading sea lines and land carriers, the Energobudivnyk plant provides a wide range of product delivery opportunities, including delivery to the customer's port in the importing country.
